About the Proposer

  1. You have not had a previous insurance policy declined, cancelled or declared void or special conditions applied.
  2. In respect of the risk to be insured you have not sustained any loss or damage or liability during the last three years whether insured or not.
  3. Neither you or any members of your family normally residing with you have ever been convicted of any offence other than a driving offence or any offence which is spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

About the Caravan

  1. The holiday caravan is owned by you.
  2. You do not use any paraffin heating in the caravan.
  3. The site at which the holiday caravan is sited has not been flooded in the past 10 years. If it has we still may be able to offer terms but you should contact us direct to discuss.
  4. That the caravan is less than 20 years of age.
  5. The caravan was built to BS3632 or BS4989 specifications and is sited on a licensed holiday park in the United Kingdom.
